Andy looked across the fire to his cousin. Aiden was busy exploring his girlfriends mouth while his hands attempted to explore under her shirt.
He smiled when Cara handed him a soda and sat down with him. The two of them had recently started dating.
He slid an arm around around her and couldn’t help the warm feelings when she leaned against him. Her face was turned toward the fire.
She shook her head and sighed. “Just missing my brother. He loved these camping trips.”
“I miss him, too. He was the best friend I ever had.”
Cara kissed Andy softly. “No more talk about him right now. We are here to have fun.”
He put his arm around her and pulled her closer. “What kind of fun are you planning to have?”
She grinned and whispered in his ear which made him grin. He got up and followed her.
Andy watched Cara swim in the small lake. The others had stayed behind at the camp so it was just the two of them.
He undressed and slid into the water. He swam over to her.
“It’s about time you joined me.”
“I was admiring the view.” He kissed her softly.
“It’s not the first time you have seen it. The view hasn’t changed.”
He kissed her then watched her swim away.
He grinned and followed her through the waterfall.
