Hope was glad that Zaiden seemed to like Ross. She wasn’t sure she could date someone that her brother didn’t like.
“You better not come home knocked up like you slutty sister.”
Zaiden looked at Hope and Ross. “You two enjoy yourselves tonight.”
He grabbed Rowana’s arm and pulled her away from the kids.
“I don’t ever want to hear you talk like that about either of my sisters.”
“Just what do you plan to do about it? They are my daughters.”
“Only because you trapped us.”
“You are free to go if you wish, Zaiden, but…”
“I know. I can’t take Hope. Do you know how many times you have used my sisters to keep me here?”
Rowana shook her head. “You have always been free to go. You made the choice to stay.”
“I made the choice to stay with my sisters. I never made the choice to stay with you. I would never choose to be with a manipulative, lying, pedophile bitch.”
Rowana glared at him. “I am not a manipulator or a liar.”
“I see that even you admit to being a pedophile.”
“I did not.”
“You didn’t deny it. Any woman that would manipulate a 16 year old into her bed is exactly what I said she is. She…you are a manipulative, lying, pedophile bitch.”
Zaiden leaned back in the chair. “Did your husband…what’s his name? You know who I am talking about. The guy that was at my birthday party and the gender reveal? Was he in on this whole scam of yours too?”
“I don’t know what you are talking about.”
“Stop fucking lying to me, Rowana. I know all about you. I just don’t know where having my kid fits into your scam. Is it to keep your claws on my father’s money?”
Rowana shook her head. “The money was never the reason. It was just a bonus. But that doesn’t matter now since you moved the money to another account.”
“Did you think I was going to let you continue spending my father’s money and bleed the account dry?”
Rowana just shrugged.
“If money wasn’t the reason, what was it?”
Rowana shook her head and looked away.
“I have the right to know why you did all of this to me and my sisters.”
“Because my husband can’t have kids. This was our only choice.”
